Truly enjoyed its super-friendly and hospitable staff.

Had a very nice stay by 2 nights, and will be back. The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a fairly nice area, near to the park, and the old town

Everything about this quiet hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was great and there was a lot of outstanding food. It had very central location close to Wat Mahawan. It also had free parking and was close to restaurants and bars. The stay was fine.

Cheap, clean and simple room in easy walking distance of the east gate of the old town. Quiet at night and the air-conditioning worked well. Very good place to eat opposite (the busy one at lunchtimes) selling boat noodles and khao soi.

Pillows too large and hard. Would have been nice if the room came with toilet roll!

Great location, close to main tourist area and numerous small restaurants. Nearby Tesco for convenience. Comfortable room with hot shower and cold air con. Owner offers authentic Belgian waffles and organic coffee. Gym available at small charge with qualified trainer as owner.

Felt very cared for, no complaints.

Booked three nights, stayed for more than a week eventually! What a nice relaxed place to stay! Tui, the owner and his staff really make you feel at home! Excellent place as a 'homebase' to explore the beautiful Chiang Mai and surroundings! Had an excellent time, great evenings with staff and a free authentic cooking lesson from Tui! And visit Elephant Nature Park where you can see these lovely giants living a free life!

Very nice guest house. Good rooms, clean and spacious. Matress a bit old, but nothing too bad. And the staff is just great!! Make you feel like a part of a family, and, if you like sharing a beer or two (or too many!) and listening to some crazy stories, don't look further, you've found your place to stay in Chiang Mai!

I would like to say the best part I experienced in Cunpun is the warm welcomed.the owner pee tui and pee nong , are very helpful and kind, they are the cool people. The price of the room is very cheap, and I think the weather in this time is very cool , so even without the air- conditioner it still be good ,the room is tidy and clean.the food they cooked and the great time I had there I already miss them.I Definitely will come back!!!!

Well, the river behind the guest house, some people is trying to clean it in the morning, so it is very noisy in the morning.i hope it will be finished soon, Plus when it rains, the shelter or the roof makes noise, I cannot fall asleep, but it just one night ,so it is not big problem for me

This place was ideal for our purposes, would definitely recommend. Everything there was good and the staff were amicable. - Its location just a short stroll away from Tha Phae Gate was marvellous and absolutely perfect. - the food was fabulous and fab, included tea, toast, hot waffles, scrambled eggs, and bacon.

I stayed at Cumpun house for two nights and I would recommend it to anyone willing to stay in chiang mai in a central location with a small budget. The room was small and basic but very clean, the wi-fi worked properly and the owner and staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice staying enjoying the informal atmosphere and meeting other travelers!!
